For our video productions, we handle everything from scripting and narration to editing and delivery. Pricing for our standard productions, up to 2 minutes in total length, is listed below. Your organization simply provides basic information and photos, and we handle the rest.

Audio tours are a great alternative to our video productions. They work best when the visuals are already in front of the visitor, especially in a museum setting. Like our video productions, there is no special equipment required. We handle everything from scripting and narration to delivery and QR codes as part of our hosting management service.

Website design and hosting starts at $1,995 for the first year and includes layout, design, content migration, and hosting.

Pricing may vary based on the amount of content, level of customization, and ongoing service needs.

Signs are just one way to share our video and audio tours. They are completely optional, but we offer a simple and straightforward process for sign design and production. The pricing below is for aluminum signs suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. We also offer window clings and other materials.

• Grants: My Local History is happy to assist with grant applications. Schedule a consultation to discuss your project and we can help answer grant questions, provide grant-friendly project descriptions, and produce a watermarked pilot video that can be included with your application.
  
  
• Fundraising: My Local History can assist with fundraising by creating a custom online store for your organization. Simply provide a list of videos you would like to produce and we build the store for you. Once it is live, you can share it with the public. • Budget Funds: We know many organizations operate on small budgets. Our services are designed to support small museums, historical societies, and nonprofits. There is no minimum purchase size, allowing you to start small and expand your project over time.

Pricing Notes

All pricing is subject to change without notice. Pricing reflects standard productions. Custom projects may result in different pricing.

There is no minimum number of videos or audio tours. Each production includes up to 90 seconds of content with scripting, narration, editing, and MP4 delivery.

Video Hosting & Access, including managed hosting, QR code activation, and redirect management, is included for one year for new customers only. The one-year period begins on the delivery date of the first completed production and does not reset with additional productions. After the included period, hosting is available for $149 per year for all productions on the account. Hosting is optional, and clients retain full rights to self-host their completed materials.

Signage pricing varies based on material selection. Example pricing reflects aluminum signs that are UV-coated and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. A flat $15 shipping fee applies to all signage orders.

Pricing is not cumulative across separate purchases. Prior quantities do not combine with future purchases to reach a new tier.

The lowest tier achieved within a bundled purchase establishes the client’s rate for additional standalone productions for three years from the invoice date. If a later bundled purchase qualifies for a lower tier, that lower tier becomes the new locked rate for the next three-year period.

Bundled production credits may be used within three years of the invoice date. After three years, any remaining credit balance may be applied toward productions at then-current rates. Bundled credits are non-refundable.

Pricing for videos are based on our standard production template. Customizations are available for an additional fee with a minimum number of productions.
